How to behave in the museum?

Remember that the museum is a space we must take care of to guarantee its preservation and enjoyment for visitors.

To achieve this, it is essential to maintain respectful behavior:

  • Do not touch the display cases or the exhibited pieces.

  • Contribute to a calm environment, without shouting or running.

  • Respect the signage and follow the instructions of our staff.

  • Do not eat or drink outside the museum’s rest area and garden area.

  • Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

  • You may take photos and videos in the museum, except during guided tours and provided you do not use a tripod.

The museum reserves the right of admission pursuant to Article 29 of Law 8/2002 on Public Shows and Recreational Activities of the Principality of Asturias. This means it may decide, based on objective criteria, who is permitted entry to the museum and who is not. These criteria are detailed throughout this text.
